~ Bunk Room $200.00

These are a shared space with up to 20 women with a community/shared bathroom and shower room.

~Private Room $305.00

These are hotel style private rooms with personal bathroom and shower.

All ticket prices include room, meals, taxes and service fees.

Event Ticket Policy

A deposit of $80.00 is required at the time of purchase.

100% of the balance is due in full by August 12th, 2025 - 30 days prior to the event.

Any balance remaining paid after August 12th, 2025 will incur a $50 late payment fee.

Any registration after August 12th, 2025 will include a $50 late registration fee.

Cancellations:

Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel no later than August 12th, 2025 - 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made before August 12, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a $10 administrative fee.

Cancellations made August 13th, 2025 – August 29th, 2025 are non-refundable, however payments are transferable to a future event.

Cancellations made on or after August 30th, 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event of cancellation by the organizer, full refunds will be issued.
