Tracy Berry is a resilient soul on a remarkable journey of healing and self-discovery. Since May 5th, 1991, she has embraced a life of sobriety from drugs and alcohol, strengthening her spirit and transforming her life in profound ways. Tracy's path has not been easy. She has faced the shadows of PTSD from traumatic events enduring deep scars of abuse and betrayal. And yet, through it all, she has found solace, strength and an unwavering sense of purpose through her faith in Jesus.

 

As she untethers the weight of her past, Tracy is dedicated to embracing wholeness and healing. Her experience has cultivated a deep empathy for others navigating similar struggles, igniting a passion within her to support those who are seeking freedom from their own burdens. Tracy believes that through vulnerability and connection we can foster communities where healing thrives.

 

She now shares her journey of hope and authenticity, inspiring others to find their way toward light and redemption. Tracy’s story is a testament to the power of resilience, grace and love — a reminder that we are never alone in our struggles, and with faith and determination, true recovery and wholeness are possible.

For the past 23 years, Tracy has been a devoted pastor's wife, partnering in ministry and embodying the transformative power of faith. With 32 years of marriage under her belt, she and her husband have built a life founded on love, trust and shared purpose. A proud mother of four successful children all grounded in their love for Jesus, Tracy knows firsthand the beauty of family rooted in spiritual values.

Tracy has deepened her commitment to spiritual growth through a rigorous three-year certified spiritual direction program, where she honed her skills in guiding others on their faith journeys.

 

As the founder of Living Untethered Ministries, Tracy passionately shares her story of redemption and wholeness, inspiring countless individuals to find freedom and fulfillment in their own lives. Living authentically from her sacred wholeness - transformed by the grace of Jesus - she continues to empower others to break free from their past and embrace the abundant life that awaits them. Tracy's journey is a testament to the incredible possibilities of faith, love and the unwavering strength of the human spirit.

 

Living Untethered Ministries was born out of a simple “yes” to God’s call.

Our founder, Tracy Berry, has been faithfully walking with the Lord since 1997. Over the years, God has faithfully led Tracy through many seasons that have shaped her heart for ministry. He brought her out of brokenness into 34 years of recovery, giving her a deep compassion for those seeking freedom. He has allowed her to walk as a senior pastor’s wife for more than 20 years in a thriving church, where she learned the beauty of serving and leading God’s people. Along the way, He opened doors for her to pour into countless ministries both inside and outside the church walls. She serves in a women’s safe house, walking alongside those seeking refuge and restoration from lives marked by trauma, abuse, and addiction.

Each step prepared her for the next—becoming a licensed spiritual director and embracing the call to launch Living Untethered Ministries. Through it all, her testimony is simply this: God redeems every season and uses it to equip us to love and serve others. Tracy has seen firsthand the transforming power of God’s presence in her own life and in the lives of the women she serves.
